Returns & Refunds

- Ready-to-ship items (UAE orders): you may return within 3 days of delivery. Items must be unused, with tags and original packaging.
- If your return is approved, we refund to your original payment method.
- Custom-made / made-to-order items cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded once confirmed. We are happy to help with alterations or adjustments.
- Any issue with your order must be reported within 48 hours of receiving it.
- International orders: no returns or exchanges.
- Exchanges: please contact us first to check availability.
