Shipping policy

Orders within the United Arab Emirates
- Ready-to-ship items are dispatched within 1–2 business days of confirmation.
- Custom-made items are made in 4–7 business days (this can take longer during Eid and National Day).
- Delivery takes 1–2 days after dispatch, by courier, to all emirates (Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah).
- Shipping is AED 30, and FREE on orders over AED 500.
- Cash on Delivery is available for UAE orders only, with no additional fee.
- A tracking number is sent to you once your order is dispatched.

International orders
- We deliver worldwide. International orders must be prepaid (Cash on Delivery is not available).
- Ready-to-ship items are dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment; custom-made items are made in 4–7 business days.
- Delivery takes about 5 days to Oman and Saudi Arabia, and 10–15 days to other countries, after dispatch (customs clearance times may vary).
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size and destination.
- Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Saturday to Thursday, 9 AM – 5 PM (closed Fridays and UAE public holidays).

Change of delivery address
Please let us know before your order is dispatched so we can update it.

Delayed or damaged parcels
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected time, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours. If possible, refuse a damaged parcel at delivery.

Sales tax
Prices on our website include VAT.
