Orders within the United Arab Emirates
Orders are processed within 10 business days of confirmation and shipped via courier for a flat rate of AED 30.
Please note: This “processing time” does not include shipping, which typically takes an additional 1-2 days within the UAE once the order leaves La Mode Patchouli.
Cash on Delivery is available with no additional fee.
A tracking number will be sent to you once your order is dispatched.
International Orders
We deliver worldwide!
International orders are processed within 10 business days upon payment completion.
Please note: This “processing time” does not include shipping, which generally requires another 3-7 days depending on the destination once the order leaves La Mode Patchouli.
• Cash on Delivery is not available for international orders.
• Expect an ETA of 10-17 days for international deliveries (customs clearance times may vary).
• A tracking number will be sent to you once your order is dispatched.
Shipping Costs
• UAE: AED 30 for all cities (Abu Dhabi, Ajman, Dubai, Sharjah, UAQ, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah).
• International: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the order’s weight, dimensions, and destination.
Shipping charges are added at the time of purchase, ensuring a final cost with no additional fees.
Delivery Terms
• Domestic Transit Time: Generally, domestic orders are delivered within 1-2 days after dispatch.
• International Transit Time: International orders typically arrive within 3-7 days post-dispatch.
• Dispatch Time: Orders are generally dispatched within 10-12 business days of confirmation. Our business hours are Saturday to Thursday, 9 AM - 5 PM (excluding Fridays and UAE national holidays). We do our best to minimize any potential shipping delays on these dates.
Change of Delivery Address
If you need to update your delivery address, please let us know before dispatch so we can make the change.
Delayed Delivery
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected time, please reach out to us at la.mode.patchouli@gmail.com for support.
Tracking Notifications
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link to monitor its progress.
Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, please refuse delivery if possible, and contact us. If you receive a damaged parcel while you’re not present, please email us at la.mode.patchouli@gmail.com.

Sales tax is included in the product prices displayed on our website.
Import Duties & Taxes
La Mode Patchouli is not responsible for any customs duties or import taxes on international orders. Any such fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
