Very disappointed with my experience. The dress I received looked different from what was advertised. The waist design didn’t match the photos, and I had to point out several issues myself. Communication was polite, but my concerns were dismissed instead of being addressed. I expected much better quality and attention to detail, especially for a bridal dress. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this shop based on my experience.
