Very disappointed with my experience. The dress I received looked different from what was advertised. The waist design didn’t match the photos, and I had to point out several issues myself. Communication was polite, but my concerns were dismissed instead of being addressed. I expected much better quality and attention to detail, especially for a bridal dress. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this shop based on my experience.
Store owner replied:
Sorry to hear you were disappointed. This dress was custom made for you with the changes you requested. For custom orders, we recommend keeping the original design unchanged if you would like the final dress to look as close as possible to the advertised photo.
